By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Schengen Alert provides users with notifications via WhatsApp about potentially available Schengen visa appointment slots. We monitor publicly available information from official visa application portals. We do not book appointments, guarantee appointment availability, or have any affiliation with government bodies or visa application centers.
3. Subscription and Payment
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are detailed on our main page and during the sign-up process via WhatsApp.
Payments are one-off for the selected service duration. The service period begins upon confirmation of payment.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated by Us.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate nature of our service, you agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Our system begins monitoring within minutes after payment, and the service is considered delivered and non-refundable once activated.
30-Day Monitoring Period Guarantee: We offer a 30-day monitoring period guarantee. If you do not receive any notifications from our Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription period, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee. In such a case, the refund will be processed automatically.
This guarantee is void, and no refund will be issued, under the following conditions:
- You miss a notification sent by our Service.
- An appointment slot we notified you about is booked by another person before you can act.
- You successfully book an appointment on your own, independent of our alerts, during the monitoring period.
- User error in selecting cities or countries.
For refund inquiries under this policy, please contact us via the WhatsApp number provided on our main page within 45 days of your subscription start date, providing your subscription details. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon verification of your request.

We cannot guarantee that appointments will become available during your monitoring period. Our service provides timely alerts when slots open, not a confirmed booking. We rely on third-party platforms (e.g., VFS Global, embassy websites). We are not liable for inaccuracies, delays, downtimes, or changes in their systems or appointment availability.
You are responsible for selecting the correct country, city, and destination. Changes after purchase may require a new subscription.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided. Slot availability can change rapidly, and official portals may experience downtime or errors.
We do not guarantee that you will successfully book a visa appointment using our Service.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, including your WhatsApp number and desired monitoring preferences (e.g., city/consulate). You are responsible for acting upon any notifications received. We are not responsible for missed appointments or failure to book a slot based on our alerts. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to, attempting to automate interactions with our WhatsApp bot beyond its intended use, or reselling our alerts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Schengen Alert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service.
