Service flow
Choose the applicant market and destinations you want monitored.
Schengen Alert checks the relevant official appointment portals for matching availability.
If a matching slot appears, the notification is sent to you on WhatsApp.
You follow the official booking process yourself and complete the appointment booking directly on the official system.
Important limits
The service does not guarantee that an appointment will appear during your monitoring period.
The service does not control official visa centre release schedules or third-party outages.
Users still need to act quickly when a slot appears because availability can disappear fast.
